the structure is supported by latticed H-beams and eight slender steel pillars

the translucent polycarbonate folding doors can be easily opened and closed

the structure sits upon an exposed concrete foundation

the exterior is covered in galvanized steel and polycarbonate corrugated sheeting

the window walls open creating an intimate connection with the surrounding buildings

the square/cube motif is utilized in many aspects of the interior

the use of simple geometries add to the structure’s overall industrial appeal

the interior space is cut by a nine-grid matrix

the area’s urbanization is heavily controlled so the building is not surrounded by many structures

the architects designed a cubed structure with an additional passageway leading to the door
